Big Picture Advisors to talk about LinkedIn

Aug. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- The use of Social Media as an effective messaging, branding and marketing tool for business is a dynamic and growing phenomenon. With this in mind and at the requests of its membership the Mount Pleasant Business Association has organized a social media panel to showcase how local businesses can utilize social media effectively.

Joel Goobich, President of Big Picture Advisors, will present information about the different aspects of LinkedIn. The PowerPoint presentation will highlight how Big Picture Advisors and other companies have and can incorporate LinkedIn as an integral component of their overall message and branding strategy.

“Of all of the social media options, I have found that LinkedIn is the most effective and professional one” explains Joel Goobich. “It allows a business much greater control of its message as well as the ability to reach beyond the normal reach of Facebook and Twitter.”

Big Picture Advisors hosts two separate open forum groups on LinkedIn. The first, The Big Picture on Small Business focuses on topics that are relevant to small business owners. The second, The 1000 Person Campaign, focuses on building a community of  interesting and passionate professionals and business owners.
