Masai Mara Lodges in Kenya Review

Keekorok lodge is found within the Masai Mara and is on the path of the wildebeest migration. Its also famous because it was the first game lodge built in this park. The lodge has a total of 101 Guest Rooms, 89 Standard twin rooms, 9 superior rooms of which 4 are inter-connecting), 1 Suite and 1 three bedroomed Suite.

Some of the features that are found in each suite include private en-suite bathrooms, room service, private balconies that offer clients unobstructed game viewing

Mara Simba Lodge

Mara Simba lodge is located inside the Maasai Mara game reserve. Its found along Talek river, a tributary of the Mara river. Mara Simba lodge has a total of 14 bandas with 4 rooms on the ground floor and two interconnecting rooms on the first floor giving a total of eighty four suite rooms with private balcony and en –suite shower and toilet. The lodge also has 17 ensuite tents with private terraces.

Some of the facilities that are found in this lodge include: - Swimming pool, gift shop, hospitality desk, safes at the reception and evening entertainment.

Mara Sopa Lodge

Mara Sopa lodge is located on the reserve on the slopes of Oloongams hills approximately 5 hours drive from Nairobi at Masai Mara. For accommodation, the lodge has a total of 77 standard rooms, twelve suites and one presidential suite. All the lodge rooms are built in a rondavel style.

The rooms have the following; Queen size beds, Satellite television, Mini-bars, Direct-dial telephone, Hairdryers, Private, elevated veranda with splendid views across the Oloolamuita valley and En Suite bathrooms and en-suite bathrooms

The facilities at Mara Sopa lodge include gift shop, swimming pool and dining room
