Big River Streamlines Operations

Aug. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Big River Telephone is proud to announce strategic promotions within the company, that serve to improve operational readiness and provide better service for our growing consumer base.

Network Engineering
Nathan Bollinger, an alumnus of Southeast Missouri State University , has been promoted to Network Engineer.  Bollinger has been with Big River for 12 years and has shown himself to be a valuable employee with his excellent work and dependable work ethic.

Cory Seabaugh has also been promoted to Network Engineer.  Seabaugh started with Big River as a Field Technician three years ago. He has a degree in Industrial Technology from Southeast Missouri State.  Seabaugh specializes in porting services and installing equipment to the customer site.

Sunil Kharyal alsojoins the Network Engineering team.  Kharyal graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Masters in Science – Industrial Management with a concentration in Telecommunications.  His analytical and networking skills are already proving to be an asset.

Network Operations
Trevor Pearman has been promoted to Network Operations Engineer.  He has worked in many deaprtments within Big River during his 9 year tenure.  His adaptability, experience and willingness to learn have provided him with the tools necessary to excel in both technical and customer support.

Luke White has also joined Network Operations.  White started with Big River in 2010 on the Advanced Technical Support team. With two AAS Degrees, one in Microcomputer Support and another in Networking, he has the knowlege and industrial experience to master this new position.

James Eakin was promoted to Network Operations Engineer.  Eakin began with Big River in Provisioning, in 2008, and quickly became a supervisor within that department.  Big River expects he will continue to put his critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to work as a part of the Network Operations team.
