July 30, 2011 - PRLog -- A Stuart man struck his girlfriend’s relative with his motor vehicle on Tuesday, July 27, 2011. The man was arrested due to the incident. He was charged with aggravated battery. The man was 53-years-old.
The Stuart man had driven his vehicle onto the girlfriend’s relative’s lawn. He had screamed from his vehicle to the relative. He had requested that the relative come out of the house and fight. The relative was 45-years-old.
