Hearing Damage Caused By Second-hand Smoke

A new study was conducted by Professor Anil Lalwani, from the New York University School of Medicine. More than 1,500 teenagers were tested and the results showed the negative effect smoke could have on hearing. The professor states, “We need to evaluate how we deal with smoking in public places and at home, as well as how often and when we screen children for hearing loss."
