Hinckley, Allen & Snyder Partner Named As Board Member of the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island

July 28, 2011 - PRLog -- PROVIDENCE, RI – Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is pleased to announce that Robin L. Main, a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Environmental Groups, has been selected to serve as a board member to the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island.

The mission of the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island is to advance equity and social justice for women and girls.  The Fund champions fairness, impartiality, opportunity, shared power and responsibility in all spheres of personal and community life including economic, cultural, educational, social, and political.  They make grants to programs and organizations that address the unique needs of Rhode Island’s women and girls.

Robin’s practice is focused in the areas of commercial litigation and environmental law providing legal counsel and guidance to the Firm’s clients on a broad spectrum of environmental matters.  She was also awarded with the 2010 Top Women In Law Award from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.  

Robin graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School and is also a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.  She is a resident of Jamestown, Rhode Island.
