Scott E. Cooper Rejoins Hinckley Allen’s Real Estate Practice Group

BOSTON - April 4, 2013 - PRLog -- BOSTON, MA: Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is pleased to announce that real estate finance attorney Scott E. Cooper has rejoined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate Practice Group. He will be based in the firm’s Boston office.

Prior to rejoining Hinckley Allen, Cooper was the head of the Real Estate Practice Group for Holland & Knight in Boston and past chair of Holland & Knight’s National Real Estate Finance Team.

Scott has extensive experience representing major U.S. and foreign banks and other
financial institutions in commercial real estate financing transactions, including
acquisition, construction and permanent financing of office, retail, hotel, condominium
and multi‐family projects throughout the United States. This experience includes Fannie
Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs, loan participations and syndicated
loan transactions, loan sales, work‐outs and foreclosures.

Cooper is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his J. D. from Boston University
School of Law.
