Voices Heard Media Integrates with Twitter

July 20, 2011 - PRLog -- KNOXVILLE, TN – Voices Heard Media announced that tweets from the popular social media outlet Twitter can now be taken in as submissions to a Voice Heard Media EventBox. Tweets will flow alongside other posts in any Q&A, survey, FAQ, contest or other event hosted on an EventBox, and other users comment on and respond to the inbound tweets.  The EventBox event can also be shared on Twitter and Facebook. The first client to use this feature was Fox Sports, which hosted a social media event in honor of the MLB All-Star Game “Greatest Midsummer Classic Moments”.  

Twitter feeds are easily added to any EventBox via the intuitive administration system, and any user engagement event can be created in under two minutes. Simply enter the appropriate trending topic (#NFL) or person (@JustinBieber), and all tweets mentioning either will go directly into the submission list, include the user’s Twitter avatar and username, and also include any links that they submit.

Equally important, tweets are screened by the EventBox moderation system, so tweets containing offensive language will not be allowed on the EventBox.
