Touchretail uses Report Sharp-Shooter for Silverlight to develop next generation reporting module.

July 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Touchretail develops, supplies and supports integrated Retail Management Systems for many of the UK and Irelands leading independent retailers. Their customer portfolio ranges from retailers with over 1,000 employees to the independent family business.

Having several retail systems, and also working with the Inventory System that is under development at the moment, Touchretail needs to build an advanced reporting module to market it to all current and future customers of the company. The existing systems have several types of data and reports and a new reporting module must consolidate all the information and provide a single unified reporting schema.

After reviewing several software products to address the requirements to a new reporting module, Touchretail team finished their research on Report Sharp-Shooter: “We were looking for a reputable product that would work well with Silverlight, enable fast report design, and work well for browser-based reports.
