SlikWid releases two new singles preparing audiences for what's yet to come

The group SlikWid, with the lead singers and song writers of Zady and Vivek, found each other through their common passion for music.  Their voices form a perfect combination of harmonious song texts and strong lyrics.  Production and music arrangements courtesy of Jimmy Nazim and Savatore Amoruso, who own their own recording studios and have already assisted in several productions.  This music collaboration has lead to very unique songs which are rich in depth and full of originality.

Jimmy Nazim & Salva Amoruso are proud to announce the release of SlikWid’s new CD “Both Sides” with singles “Get Back To The Funk” and “AutoTune My Life” leading the way.

“Get Back To The Funk” takes you on a musical journey back to the golden days of funk music of the 60’s.   You experience the era’s flashy aspect.  It is glorious to hear.   You just want to dance and clap your hands and move with the music, move to the beat and the rhythm.  

“AutoTune My Life” is about getting your life back on track by automating your life events.  This song has a hot beat brought to you by a contemporary bass drum effects and utilizing electronic techniques cleverly.  

These two songs reflect the CD in its totality with its fat bass lines the use of electronic synths and that retro funk sound of yesteryear.  The music is fresh, contemporary with a sprinkle of old school nostalgia.
