Elaine and Joe work together to bring quality service to their clients. Elaine is from Orangeburg with deep southern roots and is involved in the Lexington community and a member of the Lexington County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Sales and Marketing Council and the National Association of Realtors. She understands that buying or selling a house can be very confusing and challenging, but with an experienced agent the task becomes a lot easier. Whether it is a house on Lake Murray or a condo in Columbia, Elaine can help with the purchase. She provides great customer service while paying special attention to individual needs and wants.
Joe Katzenberger comes from a long career in sales management and success servicing both the United States of America and Canada in addition to overseeing markets throughout the world in the agriculture and golf irrigation industry. With this experience, he is accustomed to working with people of all backgrounds, wants and needs. As a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR he has sold and managed real estate in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
In addition to being a REALTOR, he has taken additional training through the National Association of Realtors in Short Sales and Foreclosures earning the SFR credential.
