Zero2Ten Launches new brand and Organizational Alignment for next generation CRM Cloud Computing

July 13, 2011 - PRLog -- The company has added Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online veteran, Mr. Brian Potter, to serve as the company’s Director of Sales.   Mr. Potter has been a critical part of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online success from the inception of the offering and will be heading up Zero2Ten’s overall sales strategy and execution moving forward.

“Our firm has evolved significantly over the past three years as we have leveraged the Cloud as our platform of choice for CRM and our brand now better represents that” said Paul Colella, CEO of Zero2Ten.  “With the addition of Brian to our sales leadership team we will be able to scale our business to further take advantage of the opportunities that the Cloud offer us”.

In addition to the hiring of Mr. Potter, Zero2Ten also has re-aligned several executive positions in order to better align the business to the future of CRM in the Cloud.  In particular:

•   Mr. Ryan Casey; Co-Founder of Zero2Ten has been named the firm’s Chief Technology Officer.  Ryan will now have the primary responsibility to innovate our programs to ensure that we build on our winning Cloud Computing Strategy.

•   Mr. David Kohar has been named Zero2Ten’s Chief Customer Officer.  In this role David will be responsible for advancing our Cloud Computing Strategy and ensuring that we maximize each of our customer’s experience, adoption and overall return through the solutions that Microsoft and Zero2Ten provide.

•   Mr. Mark Wilson has been named Zero2Ten’s Vice President of Consulting Services.  As Zero2Ten continues to innovate on how we approach our entire customer experience from Sales through Adoption, Mark will have overall accountability of the services professionals that are driving the success and adoption of our customers.

In support of the above organizational changes, Zero2Ten is announcing the opening of our West Coast office located in Bellevue Washington.
