Colonial Bank FSB Appoints New Board Member John Bailey to Board of Directors

July 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Colonial Bank FSB is expanding its presence in New Jersey with its most recent appointment to the Board of Directors.

John J. Bailey, owner of Bailey Financial Consulting, LLC, in Lincroft, NJ, will increase the bank’s reach in the Central and Northern portions of the state, said Albert Fralinger, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Colonial Bank, FSB.

“John’s extensive experience in commercial finance and related industries brings a unique voice to our board," Fralinger said. “We look forward to John’s contributions, and we are certain he will be a valued member of our board.”

Previously, Bailey held management positions in several banks and corporations in the financial services industry, including First Fidelity Bancorporation, Crestmont Federal Savings and Loan Association, Liberty Transfer Corporation and Warburton Group.

Bailey attended Fordham University in Bronx, NY, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Management and Marketing. He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. He has also completed continuing education courses at New York University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in various credit and real estate disciplines.
