FINRA Arbitration filed against Morgan Stanley

July 13, 2011 - PRLog -- The White Law Group announces that it has filed a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitration statement of claim involving possible misappropriation of client funds.  The claim, filed against Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, seeks recovery of losses of over $180,000.

The claim filed by The White Law Group was submitted on behalf of an elderly investor and alleges claims for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent supervision, and violation of Florida Statute 812.014. The claim further alleges that the Morgan Stanley financial advisor took advantage of an elderly client and misappropriated the client's funds for his own personal use.
