| ![]() Milton, MA Single-Family Home Prices Rise, Sales Fall First Half 2011Milton, MA single-family home prices increased, but sales decreased in the first six months of 2011 compared to the first six months of 2010, according to data analyzed by exclusive buyer agent real estate firm Buyers Brokers Only, LLC.

The median price of single-family homes rose 2.8 percent in the first half of 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $11,750. Single- In January through June 2011, the median price of condominiums decreased 7.2 percent, or $26,162 compared to the first half of 2010. Milton condo sales fell 42.9 percent, a difference of only three sales. The median price of multi-family homes fell 16.3 percent in the first half of 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $66,100. Sales of multi-family homes fell 56.3 percent in the first six months of 2011, a difference of nine sales compared to the six-month period in 2010.
