To Harry Potter--Thank You and Goodbye

July 11, 2011 - PRLog -- I can still remember how stunning when I first read the books. It has been over 10 years since I knew Harry Potter. How fast!

However, this most lucrative movie series in Hollywood history is just going to say goodbye to us. In July 7, the final and eighth movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 will be released in London. It means after that, our memories for this fantastic movie which has kept us interested for more than a decade will become the past. So we must say, "Harry Potter, thank you!"

Harry Potter's History

Written by British author J. K. Rowling, the first Harry Potter novel was published on 30th, June 1997. In 2000, after the fourth book was released, J. K. Rowling sold the rights to producer David Heyman to make the films if he promised to use British actors. Director Chris Columbus was chosen to direct the first two movies. Since then 5 more Harry Potter movies have been released with other directors and the same actors.
