Before his transition into entrepreneurship, Burtzlaff was a manufacturing executive in the cosmetics industry for the last 30 years working for Avon, Maybelline, L’Oreal, and most recently as General Manager for a cosmetic sampling company in Baltimore. In 2009, the company closed his facility and Burtzlaff decided to leave corporate America to pursue his entrepreneurial passion.
