July 5, 2011 - PRLog -- SEATTLE, Wash.:  Skyline at First Hill announces Rob Liebreich as the new executive director for downtown Seattle’s premier senior living community, located at 725 9th Avenue. Liebreich brings more than nine years of extensive experience in senior living background to his new position at the Life Care community, sponsored by Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest (PRCN).

“We’re very proud to have Rob as part of our team. He’s highly talented and brings much passion and enthusiasm for senior living to this position. We’re confident he’ll continue our commitment to excellence in serving residents throughout the full continuum of care at Skyline at First Hill,” said Tameryn Campbell, President and CEO of PRCN.

“I’m excited to serve residents and team members of Skyline at First Hill,” said Liebreich. “With its ideal location and unmatched ambience, this truly is the community of choice for older adults in the Seattle area, and for those across the country seeking to move to the Pacific Northwest.”

Liebreich most recently served as the associate executive director for a continuing care, not-for-profit community in Parkville, Md., where he was responsible for managing a team of 1,170 employees and serving more than 2,150 residents.

Prior to his experience in senior living, Rob spent five years as corporate director of marketing and sales for The Shelter Group, establishing and implementing strategic marketing plans for an organization that grew through start-ups and acquisitions from six to sixteen senior living communities across the country.

Before discovering his passion for senior living, Liebreich worked in the telecom industry, holding positions with Startec Global Communications, Verizon and FaciliCom International, LLC.

Liebreich holds a bachelor of science degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., with a double major in international business and marketing. He earned a master of business administration degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md., with a concentration in senior care and housing.

Skyline at First Hill provides maintenance-free senior living, with a full range of amenities and services that include elegant dining venues, fitness center and pool, 24th floor club room, creative arts studio, auditorium, library, beauty salon/barbershop, massage therapy, scheduled transportation, housekeeping, an underground resident parking garage and valet parking. As part of the lifestyle at Skyline, the community offers a variety of programs that promote health and wellness, physical fitness, spiritual well-being and lifelong learning.

As one of the few life care communities in Seattle, Skyline provides residents access to a full continuum of on-site health care, if ever needed, at predictable, below-market rates. With life care, Skyline offers the protection that even if a resident outlives his or her resources, he or she will never be asked to leave the community.

Skyline at First Hill is sponsored by Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest (PRCN), a Seattle-based, not-for-profit organization with more than a half-century of experience and stability. Founded in Seattle in 1956, Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest is a church-related, not-for-profit organization that has provided residential communities and services for seniors of all faiths in Seattle since the early 1960s. Skyline at First Hill is the third continuing care retirement community developed and operated in the city by PRCN, joining Exeter House in downtown Seattle and Park Shore in nearby Madison Park on the shores of Lake Washington.
