Eileen Wallis, founder and CEO of Portsmouth Group, lends over 13 years professional public relations experience in the Middle East and a team of 30 consultants working across the region, with substantial track records of success. The Portsmouth Group represents more than 20 multinational and regional clients. The Portsmouth Group has broad regional reach through wholly‐owned offices that enables the group to service clients across the Middle East more effectively than other agencies.

The Portsmouth Group has considerable public relations experience within the arts and culture sector, having delivered campaigns for the Christies Middle Eastern office, Doha Tribeca Film Festival, Art Dubai, the Abraaj Capital Art Prize, the Farjam Collection, Cuadro Fine Art Gallery, Traffic and the UAE Ministry of Culture.

Mrs. Wallis has provided strategic counsel to ministers, CEOs, company presidents and director-level executives in more than 50 organizations around the world and in the region.

Prior to founding The Portsmouth Group, Mrs. Wallis was the client services director at Wallis Marketing Consultants, and also served as the marketing and communications manager for Oracle Middle East across a nine‐country region.

Mrs. Wallis holds both an undergraduate and graduate degrees from American universities.  Her first job was as a docent for the Hermitage Foundation, a private art collection in Norfolk, Virginia.
