"They were the guys who couldn't get a date to save their lives, or if they did manage to get a first date, there was rarely a second," says Frank.

Their excuse?

They whined that women were just golddiggers who were after rich men.

Yep, these loser guys blamed their lack of wealth for their failure with women instead of looking in the mirror and trying to improve themselves and their boring lives.

But, Rumbauskas explains, it's easy to see why these men would believe that.

After all, they'd consistently see women going out with guys who had nice cars and good jobs - BUT - what they didn't understand is that it wasn't about money.

It was about PASSION.

All people - not just women - are attracted to those who are passionate about something in their lives. We're ALL attracted to passion, explains Rumbauskas.

And, not coincidentally, having passion for your business or your job or just life in general will inevitably lead to a nice income, hence the myth that women are all about money. People with passion tend to do well for themselves.

Frank takes it a step further.

Selling is about people. Human nature is always the same, no matter what your product or service is. "That's why I get so frustrated when I see a sales manager who won't hire someone without experience in that particular industry. If you can sell, you can sell, period. End of story."

Frank tells of going to sales training with a trainee who partied for all of the three weeks and learned absolutely nothing about the product, yet he outsold everyone when the team returned home and went to work.

Why?

Because he was an engaging person with a passion for life!

And it's the same with you, too, he says.

"If you want to sell more, you need to have a mission. A purpose. A passion that goes beyond just sales numbers."

It's easy to pick out someone who only cares about making big bucks because there's no love for their product, their customers, their company, or their industry.

Rumbauskas says it shows in today's world of non-existent customer service.

When you have passion, it's like a giant magnet that attracts people to you. And when you have none, it makes you stick out like a sore thumb.

So, if you want to begin selling more today, add passion to yourself and your daily routine, and watch the numbers come rolling in!
