Trance Around The World - Following DJ Craver

June 22, 2011 - PRLog -- World-renowned DJ Craver aka Thomas Craver – one of the shows headliners will be performing at the concert extravaganza and he is without a doubt set to bring forth the most extraordinary LIVE experience. Craver will be immersed in visually stunning elements, such as massive special effects with tons of exuberating lighting, lasers enhancing the intense visuals, adding the electric and magical atmosphere to the mix accentuating the entire production.

Craver is widely credited as a key figure in developing the experimental instrumental trance – rave style with a Beethoven twist. Inspired by Electronic Dance Music DJ Paul Van Dyk, Artist Simon Patterson, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Rex Mundi, Sied Van Riel, Above and Beyond, Gareth Emery, Myon, Shane 54 and Andy Moor; Craver has grown to absorb and emulate the sound of music, distributing it -- in a way that is universally appealing.

Voted #12 on hard trance via djlist.com, which ranks over 500,000 DJ’s worldwide, Craver is a musical genius to be reckoned with. When asked how he found his self in the trance genre, he responded very matter of factly, “I was drawn to it. Trance is symphony with a great beat. While performing I feel the need to spread my wings and fly high. I’m in the zone and the beautiful thing about that is, I take the crowd along for the ride”.

After listening to his music and watching him perform last year for the first time at a festival in El Monte, California, I totally agreed with him. The live experience was as if he was almost treating sound as a component of form, stretching out textures until they took on a value of their own.

Hollywood Block Party event goers can expect this same style, energy and euphoria on July 3rd.
