Two-factor Authentication is an increased security protocol and provides users with the protection of a rigorous identity confirmation process on par with banking institutions and highly regulated industries. This enhanced security provisioning delivers state-of-the-art protection for all Nextpoint users’ confidential data.

Most websites and online applications rely on one method of user-identity confirmation. Two-factor Authentication dramatically increases security by utilizing two identification classes to determine authenticity and proof of identity.

The initial “password” authentication test is now paired with a second “device” authentication test to provide a more rigorous security barrier to our products and customer data. Two-factor Authentication provides a higher level of protection against malicious access of account data. The Nextpoint platform also provides users with a log-in history with specific data surrounding recent sessions and device/browser usage.
