The Skills Academy appoints Beverley Dyson as regional development manager for the North of England
The National Skills Academy for Financial Services has announced the appointment of Beverley Dyson as regional development manager for the North of England.
The National Skills Academy for Financial Services has announced the appointment of Beverley Dyson as regional development manager for the North of England. Beverley will work closely with employers within the region to find practical solutions to nurture talent and skills development in the local financial services. Prior to joining the Skills Academy, Beverley was area manager for NatWest in the North East of England, responsible for leading a team of business development managers and encouraging their training and development.
Beverley has 25 years experience in Retail Financial Services covering branch banking, relationship management and the mortgage market. Beverley said: “Financial Services has always been my passion as it is a varied and interesting sector. My main priority in this role is to raise the profile of the Skills Academy in the North of England. I will also work closely with employers to help develop staff to reach their full potential. This will contribute towards building a stronger financial services sector in the North of the country.”

She has real enthusiasm for facilitating development in others and generating improved performance through learning.
