George Giudici and Anne Murphy Hill Elected to Enterprise Bank & Trust -Clayton Board of Directors

June 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Enterprise Bank & Trust, a banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp  added George Giudici and Anne Murphy Hill to its Clayton Region’s Board of Directors, according to an announcement by Robert E. (Bob) Guest Jr; Chairman of the Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Clayton Region Board.  Guest is a founding Member of Affinity Law Group, LLC.

Giudici is President of Crescent Parts & Equipment, a leading supplier of heating and air conditioning parts in the Midwest. Founded by his grandfather in 1944, George is a third-generation leader in the family company.  He is a proud supporter of Doorways Housing.  He will bring his expertise and leadership to the Clayton Region’s Board.  

Hill is a fourth-generation Murphy and currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at the Murphy Company.  She previously led Murphy’s Energy Solution Group and continues to provide executive leadership as the company expands.  Anne also plays a leadership role in several local organizations including the Metro YMCA Executive Committee, Villa Duchesne & Oak Hill School Board of Trustees, Social Venture Partners, the Princeton Club of STL, and the United Way.
