James De La Garza of Ocean2Ocean LLC A San Antonio Developer Has Plans For Houston Downtown Location
San Antonio, TX Commercial Developer James De La Garza, CEO, of Ocean2Ocean, LLC has presented a contract to Stefanie Dunivan, CPM Realtor with Texas Premier Realty, to list the downtown Houston property located at 801 & 815 Chartres Street.

The Leong Merchants’ Associations Building is a 21,348 square foot 3 story Masonry building with room to add on more floors and 815 Chartres is an 18,750 square foot adjacent parking lot. James De La Garza stated, “The subject location is being studied for a multi-story full service hotel.”
