CEO, Jay Goldberg, Teaching New Course, Beatles: Six Degrees of Separation in Jupiter FLThis fun course combines educational information about the Beatles and bands six levels down their family tree with concert footage, scenes in movies and television centered on the bands, historical footage and much more during the course.
By: DTR Inc The theory of Six Degrees of Separation states that everyone in the world can be connected through six people. This course uses that premise to look at how this theory evolves using the Beatles as its starting point. Along the way learn all about the Beatles and the bands/artists that connect back to them. For all bands/artists mentioned, there is a pop culture feature as well. For example, this can be watching a scene about a band from Family Guy (or a different television show); or watching a movie trailer or scene that used the band or the band’s music; or learning about an interesting story such as the circumstances surrounding the Beatles’ song “While My Guitar Gently Weeps”; or watching a historical event that is the subject of a band’s song or album. Please keep in mind that the Theory states everyone can connect back, so this course cannot include all connections. If you have any questions regarding registration please call the Jupiter High School Continuing Education Program at 561-744-7931. # # # DTR Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in business development and employee training.
