Davidson Communities now grading for new homes in Torrey Highlands

May 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Davidson Communities has begun site grading for two new single-family home neighborhoods to be built in the highly desirable Torrey Highlands area of San Diego.

Located near Carmel Valley Road and Caminito Vistana, the nearly 100-acre property will be divided into two unique neighborhoods with home sites averaging 5,000 square feet. The north parcel will be a gated community of 41 single-family detached homes, and the south parcel will have 44 homes.

The three distinctive floor plans in the north parcel neighborhood are expected to have four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and family-friendly features like cozy dens, teen lofts and walk-in kitchen pantries. All two stories, every floor plan features a two-car garage and a downstairs bedroom with a full bath. These homes also have generous flex spaces to encourage families to create rooms that function within their individual lifestyles.

The south parcel Torrey Highlands neighborhood will have single-family residences with four to five bedrooms, three to 3.5 bathrooms and two-car garages. Like the neighborhood to the north, all south parcel homes are two-stories and will feature a downstairs bedroom and full bath. All plans will offer flex space, lofts and/or tech centers.

Prices have not been announced, however, Davidson Communities has started an interest list at www.davidsoncommunities.com/contact. With sales scheduled to begin in this Fall, the grand opening of model homes for the Davidson Collection at Torrey Highlands is planned for early 2012.
