Nestle has launched the NESTLÉ®BLISS® 14-Day Challenge which aims to encourage more Singaporeans to live a healthier lifestyle by cultivating yogurt drinking habit.

The 14-Day NESTLÉ®BLISS® Challenge aims to encourage more Singaporeans to live a healthier lifestyle by cultivating yogurt drinking habit. Yogurt drinks are known to be full of goodness and contains different kinds of good bacteria or “live cultures’ that are beneficial to our overall health.
