Top Cashback Establish London Office with New Appointment

May 18, 2011 - PRLog -- With almost 30 staff in its existing offices in Staffordshire and Bolton, Top Cashback continues to grow, with a membership rapidly approaching one million. James Little has been appointed to work with Affiliate Networks, Agencies and Merchants and continue to establish the business as the UK’s No 1.

James brings a wealth of Affiliate Industry experience and expertise to the role having worked online for over 10 years at Client, Agency and Networks sides and brings a unique understanding of the needs of all parties.

At 29 James is leaving Progressive Digital Media owned Affiliate Future after three years, most recently as Client Services Director where he headed up a team of 7. His position had seen him managing the Affiliate Merchant Development and the Technical Operations side of the company giving him a detailed, practical insight into the mechanics and politics of the affiliate marketing industry.

Prior to starting with Affiliate Future, James worked as Affiliate Director for Altogether Digital before they merged to become WCRS & Co. His previous roles have been as Internet Marketing Manager at retailer Field and Trek and Senior Affiliate Manager at St Minver an online gaming business.

Top Cashback has grown in recent years to become a key player in the affiliate industry and Directors Olly Ragg and Mike Tomkins were keen to build on the success of the company by establishing a base in London. Olly and Mike wanted someone well known and well respected to represent Top Cashback, someone who could use their industry contacts and knowledge to broker unique deals and build stronger relationships with the all-important networks. The move required an individual with an understanding of all sides of the industry and James was the perfect fit.

Recent figures from Experian Hitwise show Top Cashback as the biggest free cashback website in the UK* but James believes there is huge potential for the company to grow significantly bigger with the opportunity to connect with merchants and networks on a face-to-face basis.
