Marion Dean releases new CD to rave reviews
Marion Dean's newest project "Cast of Characters" with lead single "Bipolar Darts" leading the way
Marion Dean was born on May 5, 1984 and grew up in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He was exposed to music at a young age and under the guidance of his grandmother, a Broadway performer, Dean began singing and playing the piano. His grandmother knew what she had before her - a young man with superior tone and pitch. Dean would perform on stage in shows such as “Beetlejuice”
Marion Dean’s newest project is titled “Cast of Characters”. One particular song titled “Bipolar Darts” is a song that reflects on issues and emotions related to this disorder. “Sometimes I feel as if there is a greater power blindly throwing darts that control my moods taking me in and out of control”, states Marion. It is in regards to one’s own struggle and growing from that inner turmoil for the better. It is sung with beauty and grace with a wondrous melody and arrangement. It is a pure delight to listen to. It is very relatable and initiates empathy and understanding on the audiences part.
Marion is a musician’s musician. His keyboard talent is unmatched and you can experience this in all his songs. From pop songs to light rock songs, Marion Dean has all the skill in the world to bring it to the audience like no other.
