May 10, 2011 - PRLog -- There are many dissatisfied customers who were unfortunately signed into business mobile contracts with Geko Direct that were repeatedly let down by their service, as you can expect you can only continue such practices for so long before you get what you deserve and in this case Geko have really "bit the bullet." by going into administration.

Doing a search on Google for "Geko Direct," returns thousands of results directly below their main website from thousands of dissatisfied customers or those who have been plagued by their excessive sales calls relentlessly contacting prospective businesses on a regular basis promising to delivery high expectations to only fall short upon signing a new business.

For those who have been unfortunate enough to have been signed into a contract with Geko (alike myself)  there are available options.

Firstly ‘Geko’s Orange customers can contact  customer service agents on 0808 178 6265.’ however from experience don't expect a fast result taking this route, this number is getting hammered by thousands upon thousands of dissatisfied customers at the moment and queues can appear to go on for ever as reported by several users on multiple forum posts, and I unfortunately can only say the same.

Having Googled multiple related search terms to Geko Direct, Geko Liquidation, Geko Adminstration ect I was fortunate enough to have found an independent company offering advice to Geko Business Mobile Customers, I usually expect so called companies offering "independent advice," to merely be a polite sales persons steering you in the direction of making business out of your phone call "however," on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised and the advice I received was completely impartial with no obligation, needless to say I was so impressed with their "best advice policy," that by the end of phone conversation I wanted to take their services due to their relaxed unforceful manner, which is very rare in the business mobile sector to say the least.

Thanks to this conversation I am now in the position to say I expect to be out of any ties with Geko Direct within the next month and taking on a new contract from a highly recommended service provider with nothing but strong customer feedback and most of all guaranteed savings compared to my contract with Geko.

For all those seeking a FREE independent advice regarding business mobile phone issues with Geko Direct I highly recommend you visit - or call 0800 007 6230

Good Luck!
