WDII supports an emerging artist in The Art of Tarango

New York— June 7, 2011—Wong Diversified International Investments (WDII), an international real estate company, is sponsoring a one night gallery event, of an emerging artist named Chris Tarango.

This is Chris’s first ever show, so please come along and let us know what you think. We appreciate any expert input you can give us.

Chris is a homegrown Texas artist who has been experimenting with different ways to express his talent his entire life. Beginning at a very young age, to the wonder of family and friends, he explored numerous creative outlets making videos, sketching, painting, and storytelling earning recognition and a reputation for his talents. From the deserts of Lubbock, Texas where he was raised to the streets of Los Angeles, where he founded a mural company while flirting with art school, Chris’s journey has been one of personal exploration and artistic discovery. Chris continues his path, utilizing his obsession and his versatility to communicate his vision of the world around him, and his place in it.

The event will be hosted by New Sydney Gallery, LLC. Tickets are $5 per person. Media has access to the event for free.

New Sydney Gallery LLC (NSG) is an American company with a mission to create a wonderful experience in venues showcasing the works of emerging artists while promoting the products and services of our sponsors.

NSG was started in November, 2008 by Renato Tranquilino, Marc Bochner, and Julie Freitas to serve as a stepping stone for local, emerging artists in an attempt to close the gap between unknown artist and Chelsea artist.  We also serve to promote our sponsors and clients.  Combining the two elements, NSG thus offers the duality of showcasing works of emerging artists while promoting our sponsors in a friendly, casual networking-type event.
