Outlook Foundation Moves to New Location

Expanded Space for Administrative Office, Shipping and Receiving, Refurbishing Area, and Storage

May 5, 2011 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS, May 5, 2011 – The Outlook Foundation, a non-profit organization created to refurbish and repurpose computers, providing them to under resourced children as well as U.S. service personnel, announces that it has moved to a new location – 517 South Tonopah Drive; Las Vegas, NV 89106. The new building offers expanded space for the foundation’s administrative office, as well as shipping and receiving, a refurbishing area, and storage.

“We are so pleased with our new place,” said John Iasiuolo, president of the Outlook Foundation and host of Internet talk show, the Computer Outlook Talk Show. “This location is zoned for professional, commercial and residential usage, which means that we were able to accomplish four things at once: a studio for the Computer Outlook Talk Show, a bigger office for the Outlook Foundation, an entirely separate area for the repurpose room, and a residence for me and my wife Christine.”

The Iasiuolos have lived in Las Vegas for more than 20 years. “Our first house was at the other end of Tonopah,” Iasiuolo said, “and we actually looked at this property all those many years ago. A couple of months ago, I was driving around looking for a new location to house the foundation, and when I turned the corner, there it was.”

The main house is where John and Christine reside, and is also where the foundation office and the radio show studio are located. The stand-alone garage, which can accommodate oversized vehicles, such as an RV, makes it the “ideal space for shipping and receiving, refurbishing and repurposing the computers, as well as storage,” Iasiuolo said.

Frank Nason, president and corporate broker of RESIDENTIAL RESOURCES, INC., who is also a member of the Outlook Foundation’s Advisory Board, was the agent for the transaction. The Iasiuolos are planning to hold an open house in June.
