Lateral hiring has also picked up pace and interviews are being conducted in various skill areas. The frequent 2 Day Tours (2DT’s) conducted in major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Vishakapatnam helped in recruiting a large number of experienced candidates. “Nearly 200 candidates (freshers as well as experienced) have been recruited from all over the country this year. More than 300 candidates are targeted to be recruited in the next 3 months. Our goal is to reach the number 1000 by April 2012. Both fresher and lateral hiring needs to be done. To meet our rapid growth and expansion plans, we are recruiting heavily” stated, Mr. Mainak Mittra, HR Head.

Very shortly Mindfire would be conducting campus drives in West Bengal. Colleges to be visited are BCET & NIT from JIS Group. Extensive lateral hiring would be conducted in the coming months across every major city in India.
