Blue and White Friendship Bracelet Campaign Supports Juvenile Diabetes

May 4, 2011 - PRLog -- CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN — Crorey Creations, Inc, the company behind the award-winning My Friendship Bracelet Maker™, has found a unique way to help kids get involved and lend support to children with Juvenile Diabetes. During the months of May and June, Crorey Creations will be collecting blue and white friendship bracelets from kids all over the country and will then distribute the bracelets to children who are challenged with Juvenile Diabetes. Those children are so courageous fighting the battle every day, every time they see a blue and white friendship bracelet, these kids will know that they are not alone in their fight.

With the “Embracing You with a Circle of Blue!” campaign, Crorey Creations hopes to collect thousands of bracelets, while also encouraging kids everywhere to show their support by wearing their own blue and white friendship bracelets. The campaign aims to unite kids of all ages and empower them to make a difference by supporting kids challenged with Juvenile Diabetes.

Crorey Creations, Inc. is eager to recognize causes in support of children; the hardest part has come in narrowing it down to one. Juvenile Diabetes claims an alarming number of new diagnoses every year, and that's why they proudly introduce “Embracing you with a Circle of Blue.” A close family friend (Mona) was diagnosed with the disease at the age of three, and as the video illustrates, Mona is an inspiration to all kids diagnosed with Diabetes. Her sugar level was so high the day of her diagnosis that Doctors were amazed she was not in a coma. Her family decided they would remember that day as ”Angels Day”…and would celebrate it each year because the "angels saved her."

She has not let Diabetes hold her back from living life to the fullest. In fact, she is an amazing 12 year old championship dancer, gymnast and straight-A student. Mona knows that support, love and friendship are among the most important things her in her life. She is working with Crorey Creations to collect blue and white friendship bracelets that she will personally distribute to kids at diabetes camp this summer. Each of the children receiving the bracelet will know that someone cared enough to take the time and make a special friendship bracelet for them.
