620 Minimum FICO Score

May 3, 2011 - PRLog -- The Elite Team at W.J. Bradley is pleased to announce that we now qualify borrowers with a minimum 620 FICO Score. Previously, the minimum credit score was 640.  This opens doors for many potential homebuyers across the state of Arizona.  

“There are many people all over the state that were on the verge of qualifying for a loan,” Mike Tompkins of the Elite Team said.  “Having the minimum credit score lowered to 620 will drastically increase the amount of qualified homebuyers.”  Fernando Albarran has worked with many hopeful homebuyers that fell just short of the minimum credit score. “I’m really excited to call my clients and tell them the good news,” Albarran said.  “I know many of them have been working to increase their credit score in order to buy a home and this will give them that extra push to qualify.”
