Jan. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Qualified Arizona homeowners may now be eligable for a new Principal Reduction Program in Arizona.  Through the Hardest Hit Funds program qualified Harp clients may be able to access this money.  Not all lenders have the ability to fund this program however WJ Bradley has the program approved and is accepting applications. " At a recent housing seminar we were seeing principal reduction certificates up to $100k", says Mike Tompkins from WJ Bradley.  "Many of the clients were still amazed at what was going on and could not believe this program was acutally out there".

Homeowners who have not already completed a Harp refinance are encouraged to contact WJ Bradley at 480-559-9590 to learn more about this program.  The first step is to make sure the client is eligable for Harp.  From there the team at WJ Bradley will direct them (and help them) apply for the funds with the State of Arizona.  This State Program has its own set of qualifications that must be met and WJ Bradley will assist them with the process.  The program currently has a limited amount of funds and once these funds are gone, we are not sure if they will be replenished.
