AITO Agents reinforces dedication to customer service

AITO Specialist Travel Agents this week officially unveils its new Customer Charter, demonstrating a continued commitment to delivering exceptional, high-quality service to travellers.
 
May 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Following last year’s news about the planned development of a ten-point customer promise that all 130 members would be obliged to adopt, AITO Agents has since spent time consulting with its members and AITO tour operators to agree all the important points of the pledge.

AITO Agents is now delighted to reveal the final Customer Charter, with all members receiving leaflets this week to use in store and to give to customers.  

Encompassing AITO Agents’ core values - a dedication to unprecedented levels of quality, honesty and expertise - the customer promise is inspired by Simon Calder (Editor-in-Chief, The Independent) who outlined exactly what he wanted from travel agents, highlighting how they could remain relevant in today’s travel industry:
