KDVG Growth Continues with Opening of Florida Location

May 2, 2011 - PRLog -- The law firm of Kaufman Dolowich Voluck & Gonzo LLP (“KDVG”) has announced the addition of a new office in Boca Raton, Florida, effective May 2, 2011.

The opening of KDVG’s seventh office is expected to enhance the firm’s service offerings in a primary market in the US in the areas of securities arbitration and litigation; securities regulatory and enforcement matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission; FINRA (formerly NASD); and state regulatory authorities. The Florida location will also reinforce KDVG’s already strong presence in employment litigation, directors & officers (D&O) litigation, corporate governance matters, and related commercial litigation and counseling.  

KDVG’s Florida office will be led by Gregg Breitbart, a former partner at Wall Street-based law firm Gusrae, Kaplan, Bruno & Nusbaum PLLC (GKBN).  Before joining GKBN, Mr. Breitbart served for ten years as the General Counsel of a regional broker-dealer and investment bank where he handled a wide range of matters.

This is the latest expansion for KDVG, a 70-lawyer firm headquartered in Woodbury, New York.  The firm has experienced significant growth over the past few years, having opened offices in New York City and Los Angeles since 2009.
