May 1, 2011 - PRLog -- I like a woman who stand forward flat or DD. I like her for her "POSTURE". My first impression of anyone is the way they appeal as ththeir first appearance, the way they walk, or she/he walk, stand, sit, and the way they walk away.

Posture is the man vigor as well. My dad best first impression on everyone is his"POSTURE". True it is all depend what is the job description of anyone, beside the smile, the proper attire, the personal hygene, "POSTURE" is almost 100 % of the acceptable first perception by anyone.

To figure out if you have good posture, take the following posture test.

The wall test:

Stand with the back of your head touching the wall and your heels six inches from the baseboard, with your fanny touching the wall, stick your hands between your lower back and the wall, and then between your neck and the wall. If you can get within an inch or two at the low back and two inches at the neck, you are close to having an excellent posture.

Once you determine your posture deviations, you can start working on it. Depending on your problems, there are things you can do to help correct your posture. For example, if you have a forward head and rounded shoulders, you probably have thight chest muscles and loose upper back muscles. Try some correction stretching for the chest area, and lighten the upper back muscles with a reverse fly back extention. If you have an excessive anterior pelvic tilt, corrective stretching should be done for the hips and back, also stregthening exercises should be done for lower body and abdominals.

Good posture include:
Head is centered.
Shoulders, hips, and knees are equal height.

Bad posture include:
Forward head.
Rounded shoulders.

Posture is best  muscles area at the midsection, the forgoten hamstrings, lower back, glutes, and lower abdominals, It is also improved by losing that extra rolls of fat around the waste and belly.
