Phillips, but creatively known as Laney Nicole,  a female rapper who is not afraid to express herself and challenge songs written by some well known female rappers who have made a name for themselves.  The names Lauryn Hill, Nicki Minaj, or Trina have not made Laney Nicole back down.  She is coming with her own style of raw and conscious content that she plans to release independently, and  her greatest weapon is social networking sites like You Tube, Twitter, and Google.  By using these sites Laney Nicole hopes to make people say her name and challenge her street.
