"Griffin Kids Helping Haiti"

April 29, 2011 - PRLog -- "Griffin Kids Helping Haiti"

A class from Griffin Centre and their teacher, Selina Bufalino have come together and began a new fundraising initiative for a school in Haiti to help those in need. Special Education programs throughout the TDSB are also participating and raising money for this school.

The primary goal of the Haiti School Building Project is to fund, construct and establish a safe, well equipped school in Croix-des-Bouquets, so that children living there will have the opportunity to learn and grow, just as our students do here in Section Programs.

The event to celebrate this spectacular cause will be held on April 29.

Help raise awareness and build hope.
