Wert-Berater, Inc. recently completed REAP Feasibility Studies for Solar Projects

April 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Wert-Berater, Inc. was engaged to provide feasibility studies for two separate Solar Installation projects in March of 2011.  Each program was about $500,000 in total cost and were to be installed on farms in rural areas.

The studies were provided in less than 30 days for each project.  The clients were solar installation companies who were assisting their customers in the USDA - REAP Grant program whereas a third party non-biased feasibility study is required.

Much of the savings to owners to recapture the cost of the installations was based on grants and contracts provided by local utility companies.

The break even points, internal rates of return, overall cost and cash on cash returns were evaluated.  Technical aspects included roof top installation factors, power generation capacity and maintenance.
