The only single historical factor throughout the billions of lifecycles in this universe is the reincarnating souls, which control every living thing. For souls are the power for and essence of everything living in the ocean, on earth and in the air. Resultant I have concluded that there’s a war/power struggle between souls. Therefore, the blame for so much misery around the world and destruction in this universe falls within the hearts of hellish reincarnating souls.
