The Feather brand line of cymbals include the 18" China in one weight- micro thin (747 grams) and the18" Crashes in 2 weights- Paper thin (910 grams) and Micro thin (747 grams) This places them at a little over half of the weight of an average 18” crash.

The 18" Paper Thin is slightly brighter and the 18" Micro thin China and Crash are slightly faster and darker. The crashes have a smooth sound, while the china sends out an aggressive blast.

Feather brand cymbals have a dark sound but are capable of substantial
volume, considering the lightness of their weight. They open up very easily to a dark rising swell.
