Atlanta Event to Discuss Toyota's Methods for Hiring and Developing a World-Class Workforce

April 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Michael Hoseus and Kevin Klinvex will host the educational event, “Applying Toyota’s Proven Methods for Hiring & Developing a World-Class Workforce.”  The half-day seminar, which focuses on Toyota’s key hiring and development processes, will take place on Friday, May 20 at Atlanta’s Cobb Galleria Centre.

Michael Hoseus, former Toyota corporate leader and co-author of the bestselling book, The Toyota Culture:  The Heart and Soul of the Toyota Way, will present on the importance of developing a culture of continuous improvement for organizations to grow and succeed.  He will outline Toyota’s approach to a lean, people-centric culture and how that results in innovation, profitability and excellence.  The Executive Director for the Center for Quality People and Organizations, Hoseus will also describe how Toyota’s Quality People Value Stream Model turns great hires into great performers.
