AeroRack Outperforms Competition at PowerStream Test Site

KB Racking’s AeroRack 100 has successfully proven itself as the most easily installed mounting system at PowerStream’s solar test site in Barrie. PowerStream uses the test site at 55 Paterson Road to compare and evaluate a variety of solar panels and mounting systems from different manufacturers.
The 4.4kW installation was rapidly assembled thanks to AeroRack’s intuitive quick-click system. This unique feature minimizes the use of tools and significantly reduces labor time and costs. The 20-panel installation was completed in record time by PowerStream in collaboration with Enviro-Energy Technologies Inc. Steve Eng, Energy Engineer at Enviro-Energy Technologies Inc. noted “The AeroRack 100 is the simplest and quickest racking system we've installed at this site so far. We are very pleased with the system’s performance and will definitely use it for our future projects.”

The AeroRack 100 is a unique lightweight, non-penetrating flat roof mounting system for large photovoltaic arrays. At 2 lbs per square foot the system is the lightest in the industry, doesn’t penetrate the roof, and installs very quickly. The AeroRack 100 is designed to withstand the demanding wind and snow loads of the Canadian winter. The AeroRack is produced in Ontario and complies with the domestic content requirements of the Ontario FIT program.
