Over Galaxy Line the Apple Sues Samsung

Last April 15 Apple filed a suit against Samsung as what it claims is an infringement of the latter’s Galaxy line if products on their patents. A total of 16 claims are filed by the company including unjust enrichment, 10 patent claims and trademark infringement.

The lawsuit could severely strain the business relationship between both companies. This year alone an estimated $7.8 billion worth of parts will be purchased by Apple from Samsung.
