As a retired member of the U.S. Air Force, Stephen received a Veterans discount on the franchise fee from Maui Wowi, to show gratitude and support for the men and women who have served. During his time in the military, he traveled all over the world and experienced many different places and cultures but there was one that always stuck out in his mind. The laid back lifestyle and amazing coffee of Hawaii were memories he could not easily forget.

After some struggles with corporate America and a tough financial climate, he decided it was time to take control of his destiny and the thought of Hawaii reemerged. Stephen and his family set out to find something they believed in and could have fun doing together. The Maui Wowi Hawaiian Ka’anapali Cart was the ideal way to make this a reality.

Stephen and his family plan to use their cart to sell decadent smoothies and gourmet Hawaiian coffees at events and venues throughout Pennsylvania and Virginia. Once they become more established, they hope to expand to a fixed kiosk and retail locations over time. “We realize that this is an opportunity that will allow us to share the ‘Aloha Spirit’ with others on a daily basis and with this model, our business will be successful and continue to grow exponentially,” said Stephen.
