Darren Horton and Marek Koch Join Arjent in Truro

April 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Local stockbroker Darren Horton will head up Arjent’s new Cornwall office. Darren, a qualified Investment Manager, joins Arjent from a Redruth stockbroker, which has subsequently closed.  Prior to this he spent five years at Kelsall Steele, managing their investment department.  Darren also spent a number of years at Truro Stockbrokers.  He is well known to clients throughout the area for his first-rate client centric approach, excellent portfolio management skills  and his  trust and probate work.

Darren will be joined by Private Client Investment Manager Marek Koch. Marek has over five years experience in the investment industry managing private clients. After qualifying in Banking and International Finance at the Cass Business School he started his career with Arjent, before joining Charles Schwab as a qualified Investment Manager. Marek has experience in UK and US investments, assisting clients in their asset allocation, evaluating investment strategies and recommending appropriate investments. Marek’s move back to Arjent is accompanied by a return to the South West where he will continue to provide a first class service to his clients.

Arjent are new to Cornwall, but the Company has been an established name in London investment circles for private clients since 2000, giving them access to a broad range of specialist funds and individual investments. A number of new regionally based offices, including Bristol and Truro have opened since the appointment of Arjent’s new management team led by CEO David Couch.
